TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the organized sports tournaments implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions set out on this website and in the attached documents.
With registration and/or participation in the tournament, each participant declares and authorizes the following:
ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION
To be in possession of the physical and medical requirements necessary to take part in the scheduled sports activities, releasing the organization from any liability arising from personal conditions that have not been declared.
Acceptance of the Regulations
To have read the official tournament regulations, to fully accept their content, and to undertake to comply with the rules, as well as with the decisions taken by the organization and the referees.
Waiver and Release of Liability
To release and hold harmless the organization, its officers, collaborators, and partners from any liability for damage to persons or property that may occur before, during, or after the sporting activities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Registration and Participation Fee
Registrations for the tournaments close 10 (ten) days before the start date of the event, unless otherwise indicated by the organization.
The participation fee paid is non-refundable in the event of withdrawal, non-participation, or exclusion from the tournament for reasons attributable to the participant.
A refund of the fee is provided exclusively in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizers.
Processing of Personal Data
To authorize the processing of their personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national laws, exclusively for organizational, administrative, insurance, and communication purposes related to the conduct of the tournament.
Use of Images and Audiovisual Recordings
To authorize the organization to capture and use photographs, videos, and audiovisual recordings made during the tournament and related activities, which may be used for informational, promotional, and communication purposes, without territorial or time limits and without any entitlement to compensation.
The above authorizations are valid for the entire duration of the event and for all activities directly or indirectly connected to it.
